IMS is honored to be sharing the panel that included The honorable Ms. Xochitl Torres Small – Deputy secretary of USDA, Mr. George Sears, Director of USDA OSDBU, Ms. Kimberly Peyser – Deputy Assistant Secretary, Mr. Larry Webb – District director, SBA, Mr. Michael Balthzgar – PCR, SBA for USDA and many others.
