USDA Rural Development (RD)’s BioPreferred Program awards IMS to perform Program Management and Technical Support Services for their BioPreferred Program – Mandatory Federal Purchasing

Fairfax, VA – September 27, 2019 – IMS, a management consulting firm, announced today that it has won a prime contract with United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development (RD)’s BioPreferred Program to perform Program Management and Technical Support Services. IMS will support the BioPreferred program by performing a variety of tasks, which includes providing a spectrum of program management technical support, federal procurement expertise, biobased product industry technical expertise custom one of a kind training design and development and programmatic technical support services to BioPreferred Program.
